So we have common in Fred romantic specialso Nicole does not know about Fred and Lily and if you put all 3 of them together then you break that. So I don't know if that breaks the story but it might bend it, unless of course they have already planned with this form the beginning...

Not quite the same but from the 1st one you made and till know you are coming closer and closer to Lily in game. Getting a full 100% of the in game Lily could almost be impossible due to custom changes but you are on the right track with your every changes with your fan version. PS. Your latest shared fan art looks amazing.
