Yeah, so according to the Patreon posts i think we can expect scenes:
1. at the strip club next to the night club - she is following Nick there. Remember how v1.4 ended: Nick left Fred and her for a strip bar and she then rushed to follow him there, leaving Fred to take care of him self
2. TV station game show with his wife - there was a patreon post about that
3. At home with Nick and ?? (Fred?) - there was a patreon post about that too - very little info though
4. unknown - no info at all

but image #2, the public bath, is going to happen at some point in the future... I believe/hope Why? Well there is a flag in the save file: "Public Bath" that indicate that so something in a public bath is probably coming...
Also think the Mike scene as a good chance of happening.

Well, maybe. If these are screenshots from a future update. I thought it was just a Wallpaper that was released every month.

Actually, P and P have said that the WPs are a mixture of future updates and just interesting/random renders and it is for us to guess which one is which

Yeah, I heard about that. But to be honest, I haven't noticed any connection between Wallpaper and game renderers yet. Have you noticed something like this? Maybe I just didn't see them all...

the idea is to have 4 couples. then have each woman undress and stand behind the screen in position A, B, C or D
then the open either the top circle to expose the tits or the bottom to expose the pussy.
the men standing on this side of the screen takes turn to guess who their wife is. I think first round they only show the tits i think and then they get to touch to be able to guess better or something like that, but you get the idea...

I think we will see some jealousy this time too, both at the strip bar and at the TV game show - let's see how Lily handles it

When you see a complex image in a wall paper, like many characters in a game like situation then that is "usually" a give away that it could happen in the game.
If it is only Lily in a sort of simple situation it's probably not a game thing.

Is it possible that one of the songs in the game comes from the ost of Ranma?
I know that in lots of RPGmaker games they use the same base songs but when i heard this one one week ago i thought it was from the Ranma anime.
