This translation has nothing to do with the developer. The game was released 7 years ago. You carelessly pick up an old-school game that predates even the first game uploads on this site and then complain about things getting worse?
What I'm saying is fact. You know what predates this? Games like RPG vore and RPG vore 2nd. In those games you didn't NEED to understand japanese to get through those games. You just knew
In vore RPG (original) : Beat up bad guys, window pops up with sparkly sound, obviously a level up screen, pick any stats to raise, raising stats good, defeat last boss, GTFO of forest to beat game.
In Vore RPG 2nd more of the same with an new mechanic: Escort Blue Haired Girl through vore labrynth. Blue haired girl being free means MP can regen so you can heal, if blue girl captured bad because your MP regen immediately stops, free her by hitting enemy, beating up enemy means level ups, get as many level ups as possible, beat first boss, get key, go to the only other place you hadn't unlocked with same key color, get new colored key, put colored key into slot, beat boss, get colored key, repeat until you get multicolored key to face final boss, beat up final boss, exit labrynth, win game

I myself don't understand what they mean with terms like "fief" and "qxecy fief" or something. But for me, that clumsiness of translation adds to the playfulness that's a hallmark of this game. The Exhibitionist Atelier game, on the other hand, overdoes this with lines like "Parasites that eat nationalities are friends".

A fief is a real thing it just means an area contested or owned, so a town would be a fiefdom I believe. No idea what qxecy fief means.

The qxecy part of it would normally be the name of the fief, my best guess is a oddity in the translation is part of the issue here.

I never even suspected "fief" to be an actual English word, even though I did encounter it in one or two other games as well. I just assumed that those games used the same MTL program that had an error in it.
