Downloaded it from Anonfiles, nothing according to Malwarebytes. Then again, maybe your virus scan looked at the quality of the "translation" and tried to save you from it.

You can't remove something that doesn't exist.
scanned the files with 3 different anti-virus programs. Not one single thing was detected. So the chances are much higher that no proper adblock was used while downloading the file. Anonfiles is known for using more or less shady ads.

If your browser auto cancels the download, maybe your security software may have detect something wrong about the file, such as a possible infected file. It seems that they may be infected with a trojan, which is one of the most common malicious program that can cause a lof of troubles, such as insert more malwares.

Alrighty, so just a little update. I went to the translation page (https://f95zone.to/threads/translation-lime-and-the-curious-leaf-team-niimii.53992/) downloaded the raw and the translation and got no virus hits, and game works great. Every link I tried from the OP is tagging a Trojan, Anon wasn't among them. (Think it was Go and Pixle?) But thanks for looking into it. Anyways, if your having trouble, or worried about the virus, just hit up the translation page. Might need to grab a RPGM decrypt program to use the patch but it's pretty strait forward.

There is certainly something odd going on, downloading from anon, windows defender cancels the download completly, downloading from go, windows defender refuses to extract and deletes the zip file, not tried any of the other downloads as there is clearly a problem with this.

All this talk about "viruses", but I didn't see the main question here: Where is the H content? Why there are hours of walls of text with no H content?
That long? Oh, god... I hate when they do that, especially if the game is MTL...

No viruses as far as I can tell. I scanned with windows defender, Malwarebytes and Virustotal. No files that shouldn't be there either. More likely than not the antivirus is tagging it because of the file hosts ads e.g. anon redirects or because the game files were edited to accommodate the translation and are not in a normal state.

After a full 15 minutes of text I can finally play the game with me CTRL skipping most of it. This would be bad design for a non-porn game. I honestly thought it was a VN for a minute.

The translation on this is translating punctuations. Holy shit I've never seen machine translation THIS bad before. It's so bad the box that text is supposed to be restrained to just flies off the screen like a T-551 Star Destroyer going into light speed.
