I understand why games get placed as abandoned.. what I never understood is why F95 would then consider Patreon or SS activity more important than their own site. I would consider F95 my main site for my game rather than Patreon or SS.

Because those sites host your title officially. VAST MAJORITY of devs don't interact with this site, not aware of the site and you are thus an anomaly. Of course there are a lot like yourself, very active on the Zone and all, but in the grand scheme of things? Tiny tiny minority.

Now that being said. Normally, activity on this thread from you should have constituted as activity! I think your title was prefixed as Abandoned because whoever did it overlooked to check your activity on this thread.
Someone reported the title, an uploader or mod responded who had no prior knowledge of it and simply failed to check your activity on this thread, assuming -incorrectly- you aren't active here.. because like i said.. MOST devs aren't active here. This is my running theory.

Basically, it was just a simple mistake. No biggie. You can always open a ticket about it and make the case that you were always active on this site during the period that was considered for Abandonment BUT most likely you will be told that this is indeed no biggie and lets just wait untill you release an update, that gets here, and then it will be removed and until then it doesn't really matter.

I think there's a lesson to be learned here; don't assume anything and verify if in doubt. Just because the majority of people do this or that, doesn't mean everybody. Also, if the majority jumps into a river, do you jump as well?

And regarding the abandoned tag? I think it's kinda hurting for the dev since I personally tend to avoid abandoned titles unless I know that there are some inactivity shenanigans like some other titles that post an update once a year but 2-3 months after they get abandoned tag.

Anyway, I find the abandoned tag very confusing because there are titles that are really abandoned and titles that get the tag without actually being abandoned. (like this one)

The tag is correct.



Even if it was marked on-hold when the developer put it on hold it has been more than 6 months. But all that doesn't matter since the tag is staying until a new update is released.

It's been a year, it's abandoned. The guy "works" on 2 games but can't even update one, even slowly. At this point it isn't hope it's cope. Don't get me wrong, I liked Limitless, but am under no illusions there'll be an update, and the dev saying "trust me bro, one day!" at this point is just funny.

Just replayed the game after a year and its still one of my Favs, great variety of scenes and hot women and girls, even if abandoned would recommend to try ,its awesome. But hopefully the dev will pick iit up again in the future.
