The issue with Steam is that I don't own the license for all of the game's music currently and if the copyright owners report that to Steam I could lose my ability to use Steam again in the future. So obviously I'm not gonna risk that ^_^
So I have quite a lot of music to replace but I love making music so that's fine, I guess :D

Man I have many regretful choices since starting Lisa but none do I regret as much as making the game's resolution 1280x720 lol. This was chosen because of hardware limitations back then but now I can render 4k very easily and I wish I had've waited and bumped it up to 1080 during Episode 1 when I bought the 30 series card. Upscaling the game to 1080 or higher would mean re-rendering something like 15,000 images and editing them all again which is just an insane task that I can't spare the time for. I also think that'd drive me completely insane too xD

If AI upscalers keep improving in quality that could be something to look into in future but for now they're not quite accurate enough and tend to give a very SMOOTH finish to images that I wouldn't be happy with. I'm very interested in the onset of all things AI and I'm trying to stay on top of it as much I can so if that possibility comes up, you bet I'll be trying it ;)

Aw! Well thanks for saying that mate but I'm no such thing lol ^_^
I think almost everyone is generally a really nice person but being online changes how people act. It just has folks on edge, jumping down one another's throats all the time. I find that simply talking to people like they were in front of me is a better way to do things because almost everyone will respond in kind. Situation defused and maybe things are a little better than they were a few minutes ago and maybe you even find something productive in the ensuing dialogue (this happens to me ALL THE TIME)

Thanks again Strawberry mate :)
i did some upscaling with Gigapixxel IA to 4k, I liked the result, but in some cases where the image lacks detail in 720p, the output result is strange, but even with that, most images are better. gigapixel would be better for you because it's automatic, you select the model, use a noise reduction filter or not, the output resolution, and from then on, just start , 15,000 images shouldn't take a week. take a look,

I tried to rename the upscaled image and exclude the 720p one to see if the game would play in 4k, but unfortunately it wasn't possible.

Patch release day always brings a bunch of entitled and quick to judge characters to the thread, don't mind them (although I imagine that's easier said than done).

As always thanks for the transparency and the hard work! And good luck on the steam release!

I have played so many adults VNs, but this is the only one I have bookmarked with updates and notifications and I keep coming back to it. I use to be Patreon for couple of months and than that issue with it happened. I had some good conversations with PG during that time. I don't know PG for real, but the way PG texts, seems a very caring, and very genuine cool headed person.
I have been trying to sub to subscribe star and bootsy but for some reason the bank and card I use don't go through for it.
If it's released in steam I will buy it for sure. Will get couple of copies for my friends also.
Say what anyone wants to say about PG's development time, there is something that PG does that I don't find in others. That's great intimate screen writing. I also think he is a great Dark story writer.
I have been trying to get a card that works with subscribe star or other, I will get it soon I think.

Also this game is huge, I don't text here much but I have been playing the game from day 1 it was released here. And I will be more patient.
And seen most of the people here in this thread are also very respectful. I thank everyone for that, without you guys this game wouldn't have continued and I would've never liked that.

Same here mate i am also playing this game from day 1. PG never disappointed ever. Game also gone through so tragedy and the guy still working on it and reworked the whole game because of that tragedy that took most of his time otherwise game would move more forward already. Some people just start the game form middle and start complaining about this about that. Like trust the process man you dont know how a single person working hard to give you updates. He had a personal life too sometimes certain things are not even in our hand. Few days ago due to heavy rain i dont had electricity for two days and my work just got stopped for two days. So we humans also faced these kind of situations.

PaleGrass I am working in a HRPG of my own (just a hobby, for now), and part of that spark of trying to make a game was your game. Loved the mix of story/sexyness you did. I want you to know that not only you make a awesome game, but also inspire others to make a game of its own. Cheers and be well!
Same

Gotta love when folks come on to bitch about content, the pace of production, the engine, animations vs. still images, and every other thing on a molecular level when they can't make anything themselves worth a damn, let alone formulate basic English sentences.

Have you thought about making a development thread? Useful way to generate some (hopefully) positive feedback and interest as you work on it.
