I love her just the way she is. When a dev starts making changes to a beloved character, it usually ends badly, depending on how major the changes are.

Maybe the braces can go at a certain point, but I don't mind them. It could make sense for Foxy to switch to the invisible kind when she has disposable income.
As for filling out... She's currently at the top of her sport and has a very low body fat percentage, so if she becomes more idle, she could get a bit more curvy if her genetics allow it. I wouldn't be surprised if her body fat is currently too low to menstruate, let alone get pregnant.

But, I agree, Foxy is just perfect the way she is, and she's able to use it for effect. Just look at how she dealt with the agent who underestimated our petite heroine. Nobody expects the Foxy Inquisition.
