It's super bugged for me, I loaded a save and it send me to the bar, anywhere I go is the bar but with the click options of the place I choosed, I started a new game and some strange hands appears, scary haha

The hands indicate the things you can interact with, you can disable them in the preferences menu.

Found out how to fix doors being locked. [Requires Console Access]
1. Click on a locked door.
2. While showing "It's locked.", open Console.
3. door.Blocked=False
4. Door is now open.
