This one is not the smallest fish, it's 5 years in development. At the time BaDIK was launched, biggest ones where DoD and Summertime Saga.
Cake became better at stuff throughout the years.
As for "Live to Fight" - you're annoyed by people only looking up to Sarah getting fucked and don't want to do it? Cool, give us a plotline to take our attention away from her to fighting. Introduce a secondary antagonist - as an example, make a champ, who will be hired by MC's stepdad to make protagonist's life miserable, just as an example.
If you want to suspend NSFW stuff, give more to the story. If there's nothing and just a teasing scene while the story barely moves forward - don't get surprised that peeps are mad.
It just feels like developer doesn't give a fuck. Why should I give a fuck then, right?

Anyway, I get your point)

So its one of the oldest by this pov but still small. Well, in the capitalist logic, nothing is ever fair. We dont know what was the privileges and obstacles of each of these devs,
but anyway let us not get political.

I might seem disagreeing with you but I too am really upset with the pacing, but trying to have some empathy since the dev said he had some trouble in the last update. But at the same time, it is really BEYOND me how the slowest devs with the messiest lifes and budgets are ALWAYS the ones who choose slow burning. At this point, I was expecting at least a blowjob from Mrs Johnson, since its 5 years in the making and its the most desiring character, but the dev gave us a scene of thigh groping FULLY CLOTHED. So I mean, yeah its annoying, but its just the comparison with Dr Pink Cake all the time that I dont get it thats all haha

from the comments in the change log, RL difficulties + i'm sensing loss of interest/burnout from dev into this.
my guess is that this will become abandoned quite soon.
