"0.5" means a little here...compared to some other games it could easily be "1.5" in terms of number of updates.
and if you consider content (per developing time) this game is better than many popular "big" games around.
Some people have been patient for a little over two years for this game to find it's stride. I think being a little frustrated is reasonable.
I'm sorry but I don't think you're EPrometheus' patreon supporter so you have no right to complain about his posts.

It’s not the best update of all time but it’s still new content. The handjob or BJ scene from last update was cool and this update helped the Sarah storyline. I’m not upset about It, just looking forward to the next one
