The errors you are getting is because of the character reference "og j" at the start of each line. You need to use Unren and delete the "og" part. For example -
og j "You wanna suck it?" should be - j "You wanna suck it?"
og j "Ahh..." should be - j "Ahh...", etc etc.
Far too many missing images before I even get anywhere near the 0.5.5 content

Ooh, whiteknighting and the ridiculous argument that if you don't pay for anything you can't complain, so sexy!!!
I've liked this game from the start, supported for a while, but it is a buggy mess (missing images, saves that won't load, many times the points were changed so that you couldn't reach scenes unless you started a new playthrough and even then sometimes I had to use the console to raise stats), you never get anywhere with some women AND this last update had ONE! fucking scene.
I would love for the game and the dev to be more successful, but face facts and accept that there are valid reasons to be disappointed and a right to criticism is not coupled with money being paid.
Making super-defensive statements like yours will not make anybody feel less disappointed, nor will it help grinder in any way, it's not automatically bashing a game or a dev, if you criticize something.

1. install mac version
2. dl pc version
3. unzip pc version
4. copy pc version's LiveToFight_0.5.5-0.5.5-pc\game folder
5. go to mac version (don't ask me where it resides) and paste what you copied there and replace everything
6. as of why that isn't done to update mac version no idea, prolly cause sometimes mac version is too old (renpy version changed etc) or game got remake or it doesn't work all the time.
