It'll be interesting in a year or two maybe. For now, what you have is an introduction to a kinetic novel like you'd find by dozen. Sex scenes are nearly inexistant so if fapping was you intent here, find something else

Game is pretty barebones atm, not much content.

Everything looks great until..............i see m2f/f2m . I preferred transformation like corruption. Where the protagonist change their look, the way their dress more in slutty way from her initial innocent looking girl. add some ntr it will be great. But, more slutty doesn't mean more revealing but what i want to see her is more sexy even in her casual dress and more corrupted in her every action. The game is cool, just don't add shit NTR (especially forced NTR), if you're going to add it, let it be truly optional and avoidable, much better put Netori content, where is the MC that is stolen and sleeping with other guys' girls , this content that is fun to play instead of wasting time turning the MC into a horn, beta and voyeur, the same goes for the Female MC!
