I don't know what's the philosophy behind that law but I never cared enough to actually search it for myself. Ultimately I got used to it, but I think also I'm not that much into genitalia.
Maybe the one thing that frustrates me a bit is the insertion of the condom and contraceptives into a fantasy, I don't know how that adds up to the eroticism, and it's difficult to imagine people that are specifically into that.
