So... I think something is wrong with the game.

I bought it on DLSite. Lucia has level 20 in cooking, but the new dishes are not available even tho they alrerady appear.



Similarly, I can't seem to learn many new potions...



If anyone has information or a solution, it would be greatly appreciated.

This game is prone to giving "Tampered save data detected" errors when you change stuff. This can be fixed by going into C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Roaming\lifewithelf and deleting everything in there (the actual save data is stored in two .sav files in the game directory).

Now if you're asking whether saves from a different version will work with this one, I think the only way to know is to try it.

Here is a small UI mod for those who have unpacked the game's app.asar, building off of alterunic's patched version from here. It changes two things:

* Flowers consumed during compounding scales with the number of potions you make. This helps maximise the flower-to-ingredient ratio without having to click as much. Note that this only affects flowers and not Elven Stone Fragments, and does not affect the compounding during the tutorial.

* Ingredients can now be purchased 10 at a time from the potions shop.

Extract to the game's resources/ folder.

Is it possible to fix the problem with the file breaking that when the lights go out, the lifewithelf_sf.sav file breaks and the game does not start? I have to manually edit the saved file to open the memories that I have completed.

And the save file have "autosave": false. Does it mean that what game can save automatic or what? Does it only affect the preservation of the progress of the passage?

Added fullscreen functionality with F11 & included Ninedeus' script fix. Just replace app.asar in the resources folder.

The OP was never updated, so it's safe to assume that they were made for that version. I dunno if the dev released his own bugfix. He should've, it's been a while after all. Just test a whole bunch. Make backups and swap around files, see if it works for you.
