There is a room for different perversions. I do not claim they're not socially unquestionable but the name "perversion" is for the reason, isn' it? I can imagine that a dominant/cuckolding wife and a submissive husband can both derive sexual gratification from their abnormal "symbiosis" respectively. I don't think it's actually the case with this story-telling. I haven't spoken to dev nor should I.
I believe human psychology is a very pithy topic to explore in games. Add human sexuality to the boot and one can get an explosive combination.

Anyways:
- "Where did he get her then?" Assumption: They might have met a long time ago when either of (their individual) kinks had been dormant/latent. Doesn't mean their relations, as they're in the current state, will last long or end happily. A dev can play with his and our "suspended belief" that they will for a period.
- "Is it that before getting married she did not know there were bigger cocks?" Assumption: Could very well be. She/he might be raised up in different environments.
- "And as you say, if you do not like your husband, why did you get married?" Assumption: A lot of people happen to marry on a whim or by accident or because "why not?" "it's time" etc. Further on, you grow disillusioned, corrupt, bored etc. and start seeking to sublimate your desires.
I could come up with a dozen more justifications, let alone assumption, for the sake of creating fiction. If I read your statements wrong, I'm sorry.
What I totally agree with is any "gross" kink (but hey, we come here for porn which is "gross" in and oа itself) should be optional/avoidable in games. Albeit ideal as it is, devs would have to exert tremendous amount of effort to account for many individual considerations which is unrealistic for a small project in the terms of production progress. Some devs do manage this and their works are laudable, indeed, both notionally, aesthetcally and commercially.
However, the games like this show there's a demand for "strong" uncompromising approaches. After all, it's 0.3 version. Who knows, the dev may opt to evolve or abandon the project altogether. I'm inclined to take things for what it's worth eventually.

I would have to say this game doesn't make much sense the way the wife and her sister act and that the dev isn't giving much thought to the way people would behave, and this is what is confusing Ursus4321. Here are just a few examples:
The wife goes to the sister to get a drug to prevent protagonist from wanting/being-able to have sex, but why would she go along with making the protagonist unable to have sex if she was interested in him when it state that there is a chance that if he take the drug long enough that there may be a chance that it become permanent?
Why would the protagonist drink said drug knowing that it's in his juice?
Why would the wife complain about the protagonist not being able to get it up and have sex with her to help cover up the fact that she is having sex with another man to get pregnant when she know she is giving the protagonist something to prevent hem from doing so?
Why would the wife be trying to get pregnant from another man while saying that she loves her husband and doesn't want to have children and at the same time knowing that her husband wants to get her pregnant and have children with her?
There are so many contradictory things going on in the way the wife is acting that it can not be explained by using the terms perversions or kinks to justify the why and expect people to understand. Also it's not about if she likes her husband as you can increase her affection towards the husband to the point where she state that she loves him and plans on staying with him even if she gets pregnant, so that being said brings into confusion about how and why the wife is going crazy about another mans dick and that she is trying to deceive her husband.
I don't mind NTR so long as one it is properly labeled, it makes sense, and there is a way of bypassing it. In this story as the game stands the NTR doesn't make much sense and the description on the first page doesn't properly describe the plot at all. Upon reading the description it sounds as though a couple are looking to spice up their sex life but that isn't the case the wife is flat out cheating on her husband and trying to get pregnant from said person while also trying to find a way to prevent her husband from having sex w/her and impregnating her and stating that she loves her husband. Those are two very distinct scenarios.
This is based of the first path w/Lorencz: 55 year old business man whose wife just died a year ago, not with Bob the squash player.

Sometimes it is just a porn game and not a deep thesis project on the workings of the human mind.
Its been 3 months but I hesitate to mark it abandoned since the dev posts to Patreon very infrequently other than to post an actual release.
That's too bad it's abandoned, the pregnancy fetish and cuckold elements together (carrying the lover's baby) makes it such a turn and I admit it was very much love the concept. However, like most said, the dominant/submissive should be optional (both wife and husband can enjoy without one being necessary 'weak' and the wife actively persuading to make the husband infertile). I think Zephery's post hit it right in the nail and while it's just a 'fictional' story some of the choices and suggestions have left me scratching my head.
