in lwm all these are in main story, some mia's sidequests/stories you need to trigger.

most of lwm mia's main story things were cut of in renpy remake and added as sidestories.
ntr or not ntr is line drawn on water since at that point when mia got blackmailed by that black dude and did pornfilm (besides with emma and mc) and rest neither was in love to other (mia's feelings came/come later and mc's much later). depending on whom do you ask if those were ntr or not you get definitive yes or no and some maybes.
to trigger some scenes you need to click around in mia's room when controlling her (teddy, phone and laptop).
most of her quests are related to her becoming camgirl.

if you didn't start camgirl then no black dude. next time you control mia you can try touching laptop, teddy and phone.
that depends on your pov, some say it starts when mia bjs daddy and some say it starts when mc fucks mommy.

report op and say that links are down, try luck searching via your fav searchengine. or play summer with mia since it has most of same content as this has besides mc's sidegirls and few other things.
