Why should he be credited if they bought it from him?SKAmotion should get royalties for that walking loop. Is there a porn game that doesn't use it?
And I love it when those guys are credited for their animation skills, pff...
It's software, which means they likely bought a licence to use it rather than the thing itself, and it is common for those licences to contain a clause requiring said crediting. Why should he be credited if they bought it from him?
I never said they (SKAmotion) should be credited. Why should he be credited if they bought it from him?
Isn't it good practice then to pay the guys that make the game raher then pirating it here? (I'm no saint! I downloaded it from here too and when I played trough I payed them 10 bucks because they obivously put a ton of work into it.) But you can't talk HERE about "good practice for crediting"It's software, which means they likely bought a licence to use it rather than the thing itself, and it is common for those licences to contain a clause requiring said crediting.
But even if that's not the case it is still good practice to credit the people that helped make your product better than what it was before, it helps build good will.
Two different topics:Isn't it good practice then to pay the guys that make the game raher then pirating it here? .... But you can't talk HERE about "good practice for crediting"
