Pre-patched means just that, the game has been patched before you even download it (by me).
the patch includes : cut-content (a lot of it) and all the H stuff, and yes, decensored.

For further clarification, is that official decensored art in the fan translation downloads? I tried asking before but someone else gave me their download for the uncensored to do it myself but its a little hard to search for.

My translation got a tiny little update that adds decensor and the money bug fix as standard, so you may want to redownload it.
the decensor under extras (mello's) can still be used, but is pretty much redundant now.

So... Lads and lass. I think the release date will be moved to June. Insuku will move to his new house in May. He said he was busy that he had no time to review and test play it.

I really hope it's just a translation error or I misunderstood it.

It has been postponed for several times now. I'm excited for the DLC but couldn't help but get disappointed.
