With the good acceptance/reviews and sales that the Steam version had, I'm sure it will be released there.

But I'm also sure that it will take a long time to arrive considering how long it took to translate Kagura.

So... it will be released first in the DLsite version and some time later for the Steam version.

You can rape the sis in her sleep. It'll cause you to take a hit to your stats if you're caught but no bad endings unless you manage to get her mood too low. Which you can do without any rape as well.

Pre-patched means just that, the game has been patched before you even download it (by me).
the patch includes : cut-content (a lot of it) and all the H stuff, and yes, decensored.

For further clarification, is that official decensored art in the fan translation downloads? I tried asking before but someone else gave me their download for the uncensored to do it myself but its a little hard to search for.

My translation got a tiny little update that adds decensor and the money bug fix as standard, so you may want to redownload it.
the decensor under extras (mello's) can still be used, but is pretty much redundant now.
