Is there any chance of creating a Cheat Engine table for this new version of Steam, or is it not possible?

Yes there is. She has different stages of sickness. The first stage, you can still do things with her but MC usually don't have any sexual actions. The second stage, you can nurse her and get the bath option where you wipe her down. The third stage, I believe you actually have to take her to a doctor to recover. The fourth stage, she's near death and you HAVE to help her recover anyway you can or she'll pretty much die the next day.
I haven't let her get sick enough to see past stage 2 but the few times she did get sick she it the option always appeared a day after stage 1.

Please guys help me, i tried everything, but i cant use the mods: godly brother, unscensord and ffox. I downloaded and extrated, placed into the game file and the data file too but nothing seems to work... it will do few days that i try.(And i dont find how to use pajamas too.)

I though the end of the Grand Adventure fully cured her but made MC sterile for ten years.
Are you using the decrypted version from the front page or the version from yesterday that was still encrypted?
Also afaik godly brother and ffox use some of the same files and aren't compatible with each other.

Pretty sure i softlocked myself. Got farmer ending when i didnt realize i had to have skill and be fed by sister so after i got that decided to just push the days back using cheat engine. And I could swear i got a line of dialogue saying mc knew what to do about the guild and after getting back to the day... just got the farmer ending again. I had exactly 1 save that wasn't autosave and it was half of my progress. Really sucks.
happened to me too. didnt realize the chef skill was important for that quest the first time i played the game so in my second playthro i rushed and skipped that important detail. had to start all over.
good thing i made her an anal slut.

The money fix isn't compatible with the FFFox mod, as it overwrites about 90% of it, while messing up most of the rest as well as you noticed. The Mod will get the fix in the next update, though. Thanks for the listed issues. I've got most of them fixed for the next update, and I'll check out the rest after work.
