well... yes... but I haven't sorted everything out yet, I lost a fair bit of data due to a mishap, so I've been fixing that when I have free time (which is rare at the moment, will be free after the election).
Once I've got time I'll be going over everything with a fine-tooth comb, fixing, editing etc etc, so next release will be a lot better.
Just been a case of really bad timing with my current commitments conflicting with the release of the DLC :/
Either way, expect any current issues to be resolved... Soon™

Actually, at least from what I can tell from working on the dlc, dlc_kasumi04_01 is erect, while dlc_kasumi04_02 is flaccid; your shown image is 01. (Shadesishere or imouto_prpr might be able to correct me if I'm wrong).

I mean, I'm not disagreeing with option 3. Kasumi begins to worry that her body can't give Onii-chan an erection, only for the reliable Onii-chan to proudly reveal option 3 and say: "This is...proof that Kasumi-chan is attractive."so judging from the pixelated image, onii-chan has some really big balls eh
I was in the hospital like 2 weeks and now i am finally free! What the fuck i am missing? A new DLC? Is the DLC translated? Or at least it is playable? I have the steam version but i am dumb as fuck and the patcher patch my pirate version instead the steam release.

So Nick is right about the lore, and I think the trick here is you shouldn't be drawing much PP at all. In image 01 (uncovered), Onii-chan is rocking a boner and it should largely be going offscreen. HOWEVER, image 02 (covered) is used both before and after he pops a stiffy, so it would be an issue to show a flaccid penis at all (unfortunately) unless changes are made to the game code to display different images.

Looks like you also play on Winlator, You could use a mouse to navigate those. I havent tried any method since I use mouse to play this game.

So I tried using winlator and it just black screen, either my phone is not good enough or i'm using the wrong setting, I bet it's both...
