I think I had the same problem, but then I went to the club at 21:00 and the event triggered. Not sure if I have a save close to that to confirm but I'll check.

Edit: Loaded a save and tried again but she showed up at 18:00 so I might be thinking of a different event.

i have a cheat file for this game (this file i downloaded somewhere on the forum and modified it) . copy the file to the "game" folder . press k (not K) to show the cheat menu . Sorry for my english is very bad.
NOTE: The cheat line "day -1" works, but it is recommended to use it from day 20 onwards (when you have almost triggered some event for the "dday" value to start counting). Or you can use some software to check the value of the "dday" variable in the save file to be greater than 1 to be able to use this function.
