Frankly I must say, since this is an NTR game, I played the NTR and cheat paths..what's more I dont see any reason to play a "loving couple" path. But for you I can suggest if you solely focus on Tracy and don't cheat her. If you go to cabin with her in every oprtunity and don't let any other man to approach her then you'll see you' re in Tracy Path only for sure. If life is combination of our choices then make your choices in favor of Tracy so the result will be Tracy.

Tues and Thurs > Go to Tracy's office > Give Keiko a ride home > Pull over > Ask her to kiss - She leaves but her apartment appears on map... visit like 6 times to progress to complete her quest.

No, swinger route is go do the vegas stuff FIRST, so tracy's overall level is 3 which allows you to start threesome path with daniel instead of cuckold route. Then do the stuff with Blake and his wife.

Actually Tracy route is so easy, and the game starts with Tracy path. If you keep Tracy relation above 500 and keep Tracy's suspicion below 3 (that means you'll never get caught while having sex with Lisa in any room in the house). Then you'll have Tracy all yourself. In order to the that don't let her go alone, make choices to be with her 24/7. Do the house chores, write your novels, earn money, buy gifts for her. Most loving woman want that in rl, right? so the Dev must think that way as well, that's why we should close every door that leads to swinger or others.

There is too many path in this game I think it's better try loyalty path with tracy for the first gameplay after that you have too many choices
