Yea, whoever tinkered with this version to add "content" fucked up. After second bar event she has her tits out all the time and you cant do anything anymore.

that’s a feature you unlock for real later, that event just causes it to happen beforehand (you can replay the event in the theater to have it happen again too)
go to the exorcist and she fixes your clothes.
