Cool game, extraordinary storyline keeps the interest alive. Also I like the idea of a city that you can't get out of, I think I read about it in some science fiction book, only there it is served in a different way.

think so, but the developer apparently practices self-hypnosis and calls it "On hold". I think "On endless hold", but I'm surprised why the status on f95 like active yet

I don't think its on hold forever, the dev gave their reasons for taking some time off and that's what they're doing. They don't make enough from Patreon to work 24/7 on locked away and as much as I wish they'd make some more they don't owe us more content, but I think it will come eventually.
According to Patreon, the reason for the game being on hold is due to his hardware taking a crap and being unable to get replacements. (Probably due to the GPU shortage) so its on indefinite hold.
I sincerely hope the hardware issue is fixed sometime soon as this game was fantastic and I wish to see more in the future.

I really have no idea what to make of this VN. Part of me loves it, most of me thinks ''WTF is going on?!?!'' It gets more and more strange the further you get too, and gets pretty confusing and hard to keep up with. The amount of characters/girls you meet and interact with is probably a factor in that, well that, and the very ''out there'' plot.

You didn't miss this one. You just weren't ready to see that this game existed yet. At least, I think that's what Tony Robbins would tell you.
This game had some of the most beautiful renders and the story was interesting as hell. I really hope Dev goes back to it eventually.
Enjoyed this game immensely. Has some exceptional scenes. Even if no more progress is made, for whatever reason, there was some good stuff in here. Thanks dev.

I mean they said that they were taking a break, and there have been some games without updates form over a year so we can still hope for something, however unlikely it may be.
