..doesn't deepcreampy do that?
Yes but it still has limit.

What I want are a program that you can drag and drop a picture with mosaic and it create a picture look real enough you can't tell it was a picture with mosaic before.

There are 3 girls in the pictures, but only 1 in the game?
There are three women in various lewd scenes, but you’ll have to locate dream fragments to unlock the rest. A dream fragment is basically a lewd scene that didn’t really happen according to the story.

There’s one dream fragment in the free version with Nera (the redhead) and another dream fragment in the patron build with Christa and Adaline (the blonde and brunette respectively).

I plan to add more dream fragments soon, but tomorrow I’m going to start replacing the 3D animations with more images.

Is the A.I. generated art a real thing? Because honestly that might just be the coolest ever solution to the "what about the art" problem.

Either way, nice demo, and it's super reassuring to see the developer here in the comments.
Yeah, I’m using Stable Diffusion as part of my art pipeline. I was an early adopter (literally one of the first 200 people to get access to the alpha).

I wish the process was as simple as giving it a prompt and getting a great image back, but that gives inconsistent results. I have to at least try to make the characters look like the same people in different images, wear the same clothes, have the same hair, be in the right location, etc. As you can see, consistency isn’t perfect in my game, but I think it’s mostly acceptable.

Right now my workflow is that I come up with an outline for a scene and generate rough images. Then I go back through and refine the images with some manual painting, Photoshop, and running things back through the AI to get better results. I’d say I spend 40 minutes on the average image (which is still a lot faster than it would be to paint them!)

The images of sex acts are the hardest because the AI gets confused when there are two people involved. The more specific and weird an image is, the longer you’re going to have to spend walking the AI through it. For example, the image of Adaline holding the cum vial probably took an hour and a half.

And thank you for the kind words! You guys are giving me so much good feedback. I’m listening to all of the advice here, and I think this is really going to help improve the game.

That's insane! Would love a "what ever your definition of simple is" howto for making the pictures down the line if possible.

I am honestly incredibly impressed at how good this art looks. When I heard about AI art earlier this year I always thought it was something that just generates abstract art-looking stuff from keywords which can turn out to look really cool but nothing fairly realistic looking like this.

There are quite a few games here that have a fantastic gameplay loop but are lacking in art so they become more text-centric games. Those games have their own charm and I am still a fan of them—but I'm looking forward to a future where a talented developer/writer can focus entirely on the game while AI provides great art for hundreds of situations that would just take too much time for a human to draw.

No specific hate for this project but I think it's a great showcase for why AI art will never replace real artists. You just can't get an AI to do the exact details you want, it's just about throwing enough *AHEM* at the wall until you find something that is close enough. I mean that penis looks completely deformed. And the fact that the different girls really look almost nothing alike between pictures, they even change eye color.

Again, this is just a point of view, not directed specifically against this project. And this is still better than the games that just photoshop images of real pornstars, ugh.

This is cool. AI is the future of piracy. Now it's art, but in the next few decades or so I imagine AI computation will probably allow for complete 1:1 imitation of video games, even AAA ones.

Given that we are about 2 months into the general availability of useful txt2img and img2img, I'm not yet ready to say that it will "never" cross that gap. I think it's just a matter of time.

The thing I'm looking forward to is the "different girls really look almost nothing alike between pictures, they even change eye color" issue being fixed, so you *can* make a series of images with a recognizable consistent character.
