Speaking of which, is the ONLY way to start NG+ still getting raped and giving birth?
Since the game doesn't seem to offer consensual ways to do either after all this time.

Yeah, babies are your rebirth tokens. Some of them anyway. If you got problem with seeing Lona humiliated to get it done, you can go the other way around - pop Witch Juice and have Lona be the aggressor bullying someone.

Alright. How do I cheese this with a physical weapons Lona. Because I deal 1 fucking damage to the thing per shot and I can't utilize my usual method (stealth) at all.

Think of it this way - he's basically just overgrown Orkind.
Someone obsessively specialized in fighting Orkinds might be able to help.

Well I definitely did not see THAT genius solution coming... however... I'm not sure if it's bugged or something but no matter what I do Lona insists on not being able to follow through with this plan.

I turned the fetish on in the settings, drank a load of potions to get her "meter" up... nothing, she keeps saying the same thing. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Okay, I figured it out. You need to actually piss yourself through the "basic needs" skill and collect the jar of urine. JARATE!

Witch Juice is a rare consummable, it lets Lona (of any personality) temporarily use Juicing, without need to take the trait. Meaning she can force herself on people. Can't be the victim when she's the aggressor, logic. Try bartering with every noble in Golden Bar, both day and night, one should be selling it. Or luck it from random treasure chest.
As for "romance" options I think there might be a way to make it work narratively, so I wouldn't say it's impossible just not a priority anytime soon. Until then there's prostitution and harrassing male hirelings.

Having some trouble with the "The Counter Attack" achievement. I've killed all enemies during the escape from alleyways phase of the mission, but it didn't register. Am I missing something?

EDIT: Sure enough I figured it out immediately after posting... after you get "rescued" you gotta backtrack up the alley way to trigger a cutscene and achievement...

at the very least you could use it as a sort of newgame+ bonus after you rebirth. That's what i did with the guts sword a while back.
