Just In case you don't know, you can choose the "hole" used before the juicing attack starts, by holding the directional button. The best juicing would be blowjob, to eat and recover some of the stamina.

Lona cannot be rebirthed as a goblin.

By default, Scat and urine is turned off. you can turn either on in the settings menu after the tutorial.
the combat is a bit annoying, shields constantly blocking damage and npcs change locations to attack very quickly

I'm pretty sure it's just referring to the fact that the focus of the update content doesn't focus on sex.
