Is Elise actually a boy or are they just disguising as one given how hostile the setting is for women?

Elise is actually a boy, you can see him jerking off in his clinic's basement if you get an opperation at his clinic and decide to sleep here. You'll be able to get access to Elise's room, as it'll be night, find a note, and by pressing Z against the shelf-table thing, access the basement. I recommend you to save before you go in as there are 2 enemies and potentially 3 once you're there, and you can't do much beside see Elise jerk off from behind.

Was doing the quest guide for the Eastern Checkpoint (where you need to help defend the Eastern Outpost) and found out that abominations also rape men, harrowing stuff:

Also eccma417, when you bring additional reinforcements during this quest, you can let all guards die and nothing will happen; exiting and re-entering the map resets the map to when you first brought the reinforcements instead of the outpost being overrun like the East Seven Sentry Point (was done in version 0.3.8.1). Is this intended?

What country of origin is this game? I’m asking because of the mosaics in the game.

Minor bug/issue: I noticed that the "you have too much milk stored, and you spray it out!" event takes priority over feeding children. Which generally means after waking up, you spray out nearly all your milk, leaving none left for your babies. That seems kind of silly, like ordering too much food for delivery, and throwing out much of it before anyone has a chance to eat. It would make more sense if the feeding children event took priority over the excess milk one. Or, if at the very least, children could consume milk items from the inventory if the breasts don't have enough left to feed them.

By the way, does anything ever happen with babies? Do at least monsterous children eventually get larger and leave, or do they simply remain in the inventory forever until you sell/store them?
