Actually, with linked gland she will orgasm anywhere and anytime when it hits zero (overmap, regionmap, battle, nonap area etc.) Without it, she orgasms in some cases, nap area, outside of battle etc, otherwise the numbers go into negative and you get the mood and stamina drain and have to manually masturbate. I usually get all the mods to build up her experience and then remove them.
