Having some trouble with the "The Counter Attack" achievement. I've killed all enemies during the escape from alleyways phase of the mission, but it didn't register. Am I missing something?
EDIT: Sure enough I figured it out immediately after posting... after you get "rescued" you gotta backtrack up the alley way to trigger a cutscene and achievement...

I fixed the Basic Bangs Replacer mod sprites to work with the newest version, didn't test it much but it should be working fine.

at the very least you could use it as a sort of newgame+ bonus after you rebirth. That's what i did with the guts sword a while back.
tengo una pregunta, como funciona el UMM, como siempre he jugado con Nyx y hasta ahorita es q vuelvo a jugar, pero ahora se usa em UMM, como es que se usa, no tengo ni idea, los mods se siguen colocando donde mismo?, como entro al menú de mods?, como vengo con Nyx y este cambio si no se como es.......alguien me ayuda xD

The save files are usually in the game's main folder. If you're playing on mobile, I haven't the foggiest idea.
Been a while but I think the quest log is in the status menu, under Notes.
Unread letters/ Read letters/ All letters, expand Textlog, then Board.

If Lona is pregnant and you take a crapton of damage (or keep getting punched in the gut and r4p3d), don't eat right, sleep and bathe regularly, the baby's health will start to deteriorate rapidly. So don't go smashing skellies at the graveyard. Don't chug health potions and expect the baby to survive. It needs food, not a chemical imbalance.
Soups are good - they also raise Lona's mood - as is Noer Tea, somehow. If you don't look after yourself, the baby will suffer. Too much of it and too often and miscarraige procs, ergo: lump of flesh. The other way is to get pregnant from a beast. I think there's a horse somewhere you can do that with but they generally don't like it when you assault a horse. Even if you get away with a animal's baby in you, it's a guaranteed miscarraige.
As for your question regarding Elise's "assisted" pregnancy and birth basically all you can do is sleep, eat, crap and masturbate. Not sure if you can actually escape though. Going through with the birth takes a VERY long time.
The only other way to give birth is to let it happen wherever you are. You'll know when this happens.
