Yes you can, and yes they do.
You can end up with any of the five women in town, or with royalty, or with Thorn (the fairy queen). Your readheaded choices are Thorn, Primrose, or Callie. With Callie, there are two paths, Callie alone or Callie plus Evelyn in a throuple.
Good endings: On winning the game, the epilogue provides info on the ending for each character's story. Whoever you settle down with gets a happy ending. Everyone else gets a good ending, except, possibly, in matters of the heart.
Just before the epilogue runs, you are presented with a choice of who to settle down with. There are two threesome options, but otherwise you choose one person who you're going to commit to. If you romanced someone during the game but do not settle down with her, she will be heartbroken, and shown sad and tearful in the epilogue (because you jilted her, you monster).
You can have sex with most characters without romancing them (the only exceptions are Nell and Evelyn). So it's entirely possible to have tons of sex with most of the characters, without breaking any hearts. There is an achievement in the game ("true love", I think?) for only romancing one person and choosing her in the epilogue.
Ah I usually only go with one girl if it's not a harem girl so that's fine, With solo callie, primerose or thorn does it end with like marrige or something on those lines? do find games that end with marriage or pregnancy satisfying ends. So far haven't decided who I like more and if none end with marriage or preg then I'll probs wait till I meet them to see their personalities but solo callie is defo high on my radar

The epilogue mostly doesn't specify if you marry your chosen partner (unless you choose royalty).
However, all the women who you can partner with can also become pregnant. (you start out the game with a contraceptive spell cast on you - don't fret, as eventually you'll learn how to remove it). This game doesn't have a complicated pregnancy mechanic. If you remove the contraceptive spell, then ejaculating inside during PIV sex will *always* result in pregnancy, and pulling out will always prevent pregnancy. You're almost always given the choice of whether or not to pull out (the only exceptions are with royalty in the endgame).
Pregnancy has no consequences during the game. In the epilogue, you get to see pictures of anyone you knocked up with a gravid belly, and a bit of narrative about how they react to the pregnancy. There's an achievement for making all the women pregnant.

Callie's relationship path:
1. Reveal her secrets, alter her sexuality.
2. Ask for nude fashion shows, and push things as far as possible each time.
3. After about 3 nude shows, you'll be able to ask to have sex with her.
You now have two choices: a solo relationship with Callie, or a threesome with Callie and Evelyn. They are mutually exclusive. If you ever send Evelyn to seduce Callie, that makes the solo path impossible. If you get the picnic invite from Callie, that makes the threesome path impossible.
For the solo relationship:
4. Ask to have sex with Callie, do so.
5. Talk with Callie. If she likes you well enough, she will invite you to a picnic, and during the picnic, will ask you to become her boyfriend. Saying yes makes you a couple.
The hard part is making Callie like you enough: do this via fashion shows and working for her. You don't have to have her like you well enough ahead of time.
Shows: you must see every possible outfit (the fancy dress, the forest dress, underwear, and the sexy leather thing).
Work: you must do multiple shifts - I'm not sure exactly how many. I am pretty sure you must work a double shift for her.
For the threesome path:
4. Be in a relationship with Evelyn. Have sex with Callie.
5. Without getting a picnic invite from Callie, send Evelyn to seduce her, twice, and join in the second time.
6. Talk with Callie. She says to pretend the threesome never happened.
7. Send Evelyn to Callie two more times and join in each time. After the third threesome, if Callie likes you well enough, she invites you, through Evelyn, to join her at her house at night. Agree and you become a throuple.
Note: getting the thouple invite requires doing more work for Callie than the couple invite. The number of shows required is the same.
It's possible to get the invitation from Callie immediately after having sex with her, if you've done enough shifts for her in the early game and seen all the outfits. Usually, however, I have to spend several mornings working for her after having done all the other steps before I get the invitation.

I remember doing all that, I just don't remember ending up with her only. Guess I've got some replaying to do one day.
Okey so how this is worded there isn't a time frame like each day I just spend as much time with callie as possible and when we do fashion show just keep picking more until the event runs out, multiple times and just keep working for her. Don't send the other girl to her and you'll end up on the solo path if you accept the picnic event. Unless I'm misunderstanding it.
Tho the thouple route how does it play out, usually there's 2 ways these go in these games.
1 All 3 people are in love with eachother and don't choose one over the other, the romantic way.
2. The none romantic way and somewhat borderline NTR where you and one of the girls like each other and the other girl likes your LI and LI likes her sometimes more than you but they both let you join in.

Time frame: each day has 2 time consuming actions. "Work for callie" is a morning action, "private fashion show" is an afternoon action. For the shows, make sure you see every possible outfit, that's 4 afternoons, plus the requisite number of nude shows to make her interested in you. For work shifts, I have never tracked it, it's probably less than a dozen shifts in all, but one of them needs to be the day Callie says "I am swamped, I really need your help all day long today" (paraphrased) - and you have to say yes and work for her all day. I have not figured out what the schedule is for her making that request, sorry.
The throuple is the 1st type. It's possible to make Callie and Evelyn fall for each other without the main character involved, by sending Evelyn to Callie without becoming either's boyfriend. I haven't actually explored that path, but I gather the only effect of that is you will fail if you then try to seduce either of them, plus they're shown as a couple in the epilogue.
Is there like a day limit in this game? Like when I meet callie I can just focus on those events to make sure I get the solo before moving on or can't just focus on it

You're given a choice early on of whether to play with a time limit of 50 days or have unlimited time. There's an achievement for winning with the time limit, but otherwise there's no penalty for choosing no time limit.
That said, this is not a singletasking game. Characters spend a day or so each week being unavailable, so you're all set to talk to them about your quest, but they're not available for that. Callie, for instance, has some days where you cannot work for her because she's talking to a customer in the mornings. Also you're going to spend a lot of time, especially early on, struggling to do everything that needs to be done. You start out with low stats and poor skills and need to upgrade them in order to complete quests and seduce characters. Upgrading skills costs money, so you have to fit making enough of that in there as well. And so on.
Then around the midpoint of the game (day 25-ish), you can stop caring about money, you will have most stats upgraded, and you'll be able to focus on crossing off to-do list items and seducing everyone you want to have sex with.
Hint: there's one (and only one) time limited quest. You get that quest on day 17, with a 7 day deadline to solve it or forever lose the chance to seduce Primrose, the redheaded librarian. It's a very good idea to focus on upgrading your magical skills (including saving the money for the first two rounds of magical training) in the game's first two weeks so you will have the prerequisites to solve that quest when the time comes.

Ah okey that makes sense, don't really care about achievements so I'll do unlimited time. Tho how does the main story progress is it like a separate quest or something? I've played games like this where I could keep going and skipping days till I got to the days I can do the LI quests but you had to complete everyone's quests like sleeping and romancing them all and at the end you just choose who you want to be with. This game seems a little different where you donn't want to play as a fuckboy and break girls hearts. Say I do callie quests get into relationship how do you progress main story without romancing the others? Or is it each girl paths are the main story, so the main story is just whatever character you chase after.

There's no main story quest as such. You are given a long term goal on day 2 regarding the upcoming coronation of the princess (there's a mysterious darkness in her soul, you need to cure her by, no surprise, seducing her). You're given another seemingly unrelated long term goal when you accept an invitation to visit the fairy queen (prevent a war, and prevent the foreseen extinction of both fey and humanity). And then there are some seemingly optional side quests that turn out to be absolutely essential.
There's quite a few bad endings, and just one good ending. This is not at all your typical porn game where the only thing you need to worry about is seducing all the girls. Nor is it at all a typical visual novel where you just need to advance through the scenes and make a few mostly irrelevant choices. Better to think of it as a mainstream adventure-style game with quests and puzzles, that happens to have a lot of explicit sex. To win, you need to pay attention to the dialogue. Fortunately said dialogue is quite well written and not boring.
The romance quests are for the most part separate from the main story quests. You don't have to seduce every character in order to win, and you don't have to romance any of the characters in order to win. But the romance paths of several characters overlap with the main story quests. In order to avoid one bad ending, you must reveal all of Evelyn's secrets... which is 90% of what you have to do to become able to romance her. Likewise learning the secret of one character's origin involves doing 99% of what it takes to make their mentor into an FWB.
And then there's the stat upgrades. To win the game, you must have maxed out stats, and ugrading one stat, Charisma, involves following the relationship paths for the five women in town (each path awards one point, five points maxes out the stat). Get to the stage where it becomes possible to romance someone, and you get a charisma point (but you can choose not to follow through on the opportunity and still get the point).
So to get the good ending what would you say the average amount of hours to complete this game
