We're not psychic; what is happening? Does it do nothing when you launch it? Does it put up an error message? Did you extract it, or are you playing from the archive?
You might have a save in the autosaves (A at the bottom of the save window).
Tip - save at important sounding choices, so you can go back and change your mind if you want to.

I don't think it's a bug. Probably you missed something with either Nel's part or with Fairy Queen herself. Read the walkthrough, there are details that needs to be done before you can do the next.

I played with the walktrough 0.27 and it helped me out that Evelyn is staying and it was worth to play it again.
I only miss these scene and it must be in the new update but i have no clue how to unlock it.
