I'm still hoping to impregnate Bell and the old Fairy queen. My hope is Bells child is the first male pixie. Want to see more sex scenes with both fairy queens. And corrupting the Nun is a another wish. But I guess we have to wait and see.

I think the title is how Patreon comes after the incest themed games faster. Without any dead giveaway, they might rely on user reports since I doubt they're playing them all. Since there is nothing to suggest incest immediately they might not have noticed it.
The most you can hope for is that she returns at the very end of the game. Apart from that, her story is done. She was always intended to be a supporting character.

You haven't dispelled it at all and you still got that result?
There's something wonky with that scene. I'm going to look into it before the next version. If there's a bug like that, your save will be fixed, don't worry.

I liked the Leanan Sidhe scene. It showed she was not some vampire monster but rather a victim of her own curse as it were. It also showed how resourceful our little pixie can be in protecting the MC and how you don't want to cross her.
