Its more good when dev launch final update or this game is in Complete version, but you can peek how endgame looks like by create new save place and play it..

All Charisma Points are tied to finishing relationships (aside form the first that can be gained from a book)... so one is also tied to her

None of the charisma advances are optional at this point, but I aim to make them that way in the future.

So it seems to me that this might happen after the Endgame is finished (or during it), I can not(but I will try to) assume your plans but I heard of a clean up you are may be doing, which could go both ways depending on your plans and how future updates pan out. I will, however, assume the additional sex scenes (of teaching the previous Fairy Queen "more options" among other things) are part of it as well as a different balance of the coin system(the math might end you if you let it) and stuff like not exactly making the stats optional but doing something like not having to make the player acquire the stats through forcing them into romantic relationships with the girls they might like to avoid. Whatever choice you decide to make considering the game's current quality(which has been escalating with each passing update) I and many other fans(a fair assumption to make) have faith in you. Thank you for creating an irregularly well-made experience(I don't generally love most games here).

Just an FYI, morning of day 44 does not work .. you can not have sex with Erato if you've had sex within the last 3 days.

Edit: Well, I'm not sure what has happened in the Walkthru .. I couldn't figure out where to get the last point of charisma so I started new game and followed the walkthru with no deviations. On day 44 you can not have sex with Erato, in the morning, and in the afternoon I can not use the clue Nell is the Fairy Queen's daughter as I have not received it yet.

Edit 2: Day 44, Afternoon .. Talk to Samarra to get your charisma pt. Talk about Samarra to get the clue Nell is the Fairy Queen's daughter (did I miss it on a previous day?)

Starting the endgame at this point is a...curious decision...and quite frigging evil at that.
Sad Belle is too much for me to handle,at last enough that Im seriously considering putting off the endgame till her path is finished(whatever form that might take).

That aside,am I the only one who was surprised Lilith isnt a virgin?
I guess there were the Thaddeus hints but...that still came somewhat out of left field considering how much political worth that should technically have for a princess(and considering the personality she displayed in the flashback she didnt really seem like the type to just ignore her role as one either,even if its a dimished one).

You know a girl can loose her V-card by physical activities aswell... like riding to fast or bending her body in otherwise unnatural ways... or falling down from the battlement.

Yes I had that thought as well but the dialogue doesnt really hint towards it(in fact one of her dialogue variants kinda muddles it with "Im the first you had in a long time,huh?" "Yes,for a long time",which would be a somewhat weird response towards taking a real dick for the first time even if her activities with her sister are meant).
Couple that with how the game is rather heavy handed with maidenhood/first times otherwise and the possible subtlety leaves me a bit confused.
Might just be overanalytical on my part but maybe Belle could clear that up?

Nell and primrose you can reject and still get the charisma point. With Evelyn, you need to get into her relationship for the point(After convincing her incest is good, etc.). Same with Samarra, you need to have fucked her after beating her in the duel. You get the point after talking to her later in her tent.

I am not a native english speaker myself... but I am pretty sure she would have stated that in order to cover up the fact that she was in a physical romantic relationship with her sister.
From the very biginning she had a rather volatile position to Incest. Considering all that useing a male lover as an excuse seems more like her
