I am not a native english speaker myself... but I am pretty sure she would have stated that in order to cover up the fact that she was in a physical romantic relationship with her sister.
From the very biginning she had a rather volatile position to Incest. Considering all that useing a male lover as an excuse seems more like her

I completely agree(in fact that was my first interpretation of the situation as well,to the point that the initial draft of my post was outright asking for clarification)but something about that sentence seems...off.
The lack of a time modifier in the given context really throws me for a loop.
This is the first time in over 2 decades that Im second guessing my own translation which is making me rather itchy. xD

Wow terrific game. I loved the humor and fantasy aspects of the story. The inclusion of Celtic lore as a major part of the game is awesome. I definitely recommend this one.

Just as there are several chances to add in a form of "never" to factualize the point.
Going with what a scrip doesnt outright state always has a margin of error to misinterpret the authors intentions.
Having said that,Im going to take Belle´s silence on the matter as well as me seemingly being the only person getting that impression as me just having misunderstood the scene so fair enough(that or I actually hit a point with the Thaddeus thing thats not supposed to be revealed yet...hah,right).

Though if thats the case I do think the scene misses out on fully capitalizing on the kink(as the game did in the others).
Playing it up just a bit more with maybe a single sentence(or even simple modification of the "I didnt know sex could be so good"-one)could easily capizalize on that without changing anything about the overall integrity of it or its characters but thats personal preference and neither here nor there I suppose.

Impressed the dev referenced the concept of the geas.
Belle definitely seems to have a greater knowledge of Fae myth and Celtic history.

The walkthrough says I need to ask Primrose for family records to continue with Evelyn's story, but I'm not getting the option. I've looking everywhere at this point, with no luck.

My first casual run without a walkthrough to guide me, I lost the ability to find the grave secrets for both of them. I had to go back an do it again.

It's a design choice in this game. Adding an extra angle to a sex scene takes a small to moderate amount of time (though it can add multiple days of rendering to my schedule). Adding an extra position takes a huge amount of time. I decided early on to keep most sex scenes short and focused, instead adding more variety through multiple sex scenes with each character.

But you make a good point in that this is a character with a limited time span in which she appears in the game. There won't be many sex scenes with her. I might consider expanding that scene later (much later) for that reason, but it's not a priority.

If I were to put a number on it, I'd say an average sex scene with one complex position, or two simple positions, takes me about two weeks to pose, render, write, code, and test. For each additional position you add to it, you could probably add at least 3-4 additional days, perhaps even a week. It's easy to underestimate the sheer amount of work involved in this kind of thing, especially when I'm not doing this fulltime.

Apologies for my inconsiderate original post; I didn't mean for it to seem like a complaint that you should have done more. I have a decent understanding of the amount of work required to make a game like this, especially with how well you actually make it, so I can respect your decisions. Hell, I even take full weeks at university just to do assigned programming projects (and they are all console/terminal programs) so I can't even fathom the amount of time it takes for writing a script, posing 3d models and rendering them, etc.

No point, just optional. You shouldn't follow the walkthrough. Explore, try speak with every npc and try in every hour of the day. This game is very well made and don't force you to use a walkthrough which is unofficial and not that good/detailed, just my opinion. You will feel more rewarding and with less frustration.
