The first part of a longer story.

It will continue to be V.10 with Part what ever add.
Its really not that hard to understand.

when asked for a release date for "civi's" dimi responded saying 2 weeks(1 week after lowest tier "hang-around") maybe the idea off no public release came from that it tends to leak before the 1 month after initial release.

or am i assuming wrong that release for civi's is public release?
