Has anybody figured out a way to cheat? I used unwebpack-sourcemap to decompile the code and F12 to bring up dev tools, but the fact that the code is in an IIFE means that I can't access the variables.

Could you please enlighten me as to what and why you want to cheat in this..? There is no grind, neither for stats or money, just simple waypoint choices to get the story you want.. what is a cheat supposed to do for you?
If you want specific scenes just skip text and you roll through the entire content in a manner of minutes.
I just want to see if I can get all the content in one run by breaking it, or perhaps call a few scenes (there's no gallery).
It's not possible because the scenes are exclusive to routes (ie: some scenes will only show if X hates you or love you, or if she's corrupted enough, or not and so on.)
Only thing that could be done would be a gallery with an unlock button, or a scene viewer I'm afraid.

Lots of Ann content! Best I can tell there are three routes, something like love, corruption and hate (NTR).
There is love - Ann is a shy girl in relationship, sharing and non-sharing
There is Corruption - Ann gets on party drugs, open onlyfans account and drops out of college for porn shoots, sharing and non-sharing
There is Hate - you tell her to fuck off from the start and never date her, goes the same as corruption but you are not involved.
Oh, you're already really looking forward to this update! It is almost impossible to wait already

How is it an NTR? She is your sister, she has/had a boyfriend and you are not in a relationship.
If someone fucks your sister so silly that she don't care about the fact that you're her brother anymore and abandons you then it's NTR. NTR isn't strictly for romantic relationships, it really just means to steal by sleeping. Parental NTR is a somewhat common theme where a mother effectively abandons her children for the NTR villain. As long as the NTR effectively ruins the existing relationship between the MC and the other character it fits the term.
Gotta remember it's a Japanese porn theme, not a western one. They've got some unique and horrifying perspectives and creativities with their porn.
There'd also be a lot of room for the mc and the sister to hook up and for her to cheat on him after. NTR scene with her doesn't have tp be in the short term. As a vanilla player I'd certainly hope the MC is the first one who gets a chance to hit that on screen.
