This is the bane of my existence here on F95. So many members here think they are the MC. Porn logic dictate if a female character exist it is only to be filled by a dick. Since they see MC as their proxy cock they assume all women in the game should be filled by "their" cock. So if any women is in a relationship with a male NPC it HAS to be NTR because they feel jealous that a non-proxy cock is getting wet.
To expand on this, I do genuinely feel this prevalent attitude is becoming an increasingly big challenge in these games.
So, to start with an obvious admission, adult entertainment in itself is built around wish fullfilment, in a sense feeding to these fantasies how life could be, although there are a lot of aspects to that. So it feels completely logical that adult games would start around that same concept. However, just like games in general, as developers continued on working these games, they wanted to challenge themselves and add complexity to both mechanics as well as narratives. Simultaneously the audiences also started desiring more from these games.
Yet at the same time, there was insistance on not letting go off that wish fulfillment. Or rather, that it always needed to be absolute in that every attractive female character in the game needs to either be attainable in the manner suiting the game. And this is becoming an issue with the more complex games, some of them handling it vastly better than others, as that wish fulfillment aspect of it is stopping them from truly challenging the MC as everything needs to still be there to be taken. On the outside, it is a fascinating situation.
By the way, love this game and not a criticism against it at all.
