You have to be on Vanessa's route (go to the bar with her instead of Ann) and also, you have to not corrupt Ann. Then, when you and Vanessa meet with the customer, choose Don't Intervene, and she'll sit on his lap.

p.s. the trick to v sitting on the old dudes lap is to not corrupt ann before v tries to drug her, and then dont get ann to drink. you can corrupt ann after that point and still trigger the event.

As for this game, I think it thrives in NTR and not in Incest. I don't care about the sister character, I only care about Vanessa and Ann
