Title basically, I know Illusion has a lot of great games but I'd just like a more "plug and play" thing, instead of having to put up with a complex installation procedure.

Most games on this site can be installed just by unzipping/extracting. It should be mentioned in the OP under "Installation".

There's a download for Custom Maid 3D that you just unzip and play, and Honey Select too.

For Custom Maid you need some additional stuff such as Japan Locale. I thinks for newcomers like me Honey Select is the best option.

There's a pre-installed version of the linked version though, no complex installation process. If you can get the torrent to avoid all the unzipping Ai-Shoujo can be reasonably simple.
