I'm looking for a game or games where your character (or at least a prominent character) can develop a big, taut belly during the game. Can be from pregnancy, stuffing, or inflation, just as long as it's big and bursting is at least avoidable. I'd also like for said belly to be viewable (i.e., an image is shown and not just a text description).

Thanks for the suggestion, but while I'm fine with tentacles and futa, I'm not into loli.
