I'm also looking for games like these. Emergent gameplay, for those that don't know, is basically gameplay that is created from the interaction of smaller systems. Many modern games have this, such as sandboxes and open world games. Unfortunately, I don't think a single porn game contains "true" emergent gameplay, and all porn games are too simple to have autonomous systems.
Your best bet is triple A games with porn mods: Skyrim, Fallout 4 and Sims 4.
Skyrim has better mods than Fallout 4, and despite being a 2011 game, it can still look amazing
Sims 4 graphics feels dated, but allows a lot of scenarios that you can create

Give a try on Family Trouble, there are rpg stats, quests, fighting, and several others, the latest version 0.9.2 starts the chapter 1 as a sandbox but the game is a VN during all prologue.

Hi, I've found a very fun game that feels like it has emergent gameplay.

Being an RPGM, its not "true" emergent gameplay. In the end, most stuff is hard-coded. However, I've never seen a game that genuinely makes me try every single possible action.
You should experience it yourself, but if you want to know why this game feels emergent, then:
- The clock doesn't stop, and the maids will have a schedule doing activities inside the mansion.
- The maids actually exist in the game world, and will move from point A to point B (They don't teleport like most RPGM)
- At any point you can interact with them (can be a bit tricky if they're moving to another place)
- The player have skills he can activate while looking at one maid. Skills such as "masturbate", "make clothes disappear", "force to go to the toilet", "grope", "hug", etc
- Maids will react to your skills appropriately. For example if you "masturbate" in front of a maid, she will react accordingly to your relationship
- Its possible to combo your skills to create complex situations, a few examples that I've found:
1. Make a girl want to go pee. She will run towards a bathroom to relieve herself. Before she can reach the bathroom, enter it and stop her from entering. She will run towards another bathroom. Keep blocking her by entering the bathroom yourself first. Eventually she will pee herself. After she dirties herself, you can peek her taking a bath.
2. If you try to grope a maid, you will do so while she's clothed. The CG that appears reflects that appropriately. However, if you use "make clothes disappear", she will start running back to her room to get dressed up. You can chase her and keep using "grope" to see the CG of her naked instead.
3. If you combo "make clothes disappear" and "force to go to the toilet" by using one skill right after the other, she will try to run to the bathroom naked. This time, instead of peeing herself if you block the bathrooms, the maid will run to the outside to pee. If you interact with her at this moment, there will be a au natural peeing scene.
4. Expanding on the previous item, if you instead "masturbate" instead of interacting with the peeing girl, you will cum over her while she's still peeing.
There are so many combos that I'm still discovering and I think it's amazing how throughout the developer was.
