While I'm aware there's a time stop item on the phone, I've tried looking for the timer on the train with Cheat Engine and I honestly just cannot find it, I've tried increasing, decreasing, value changed and unchanged, has anyone else found it yet? Is anyone else able to find it yet? I wish the game just had a free mode. (There could be one, I won't deny to simply not beating the game yet because I'm too caught up in changing values.)

Why would you want to cheat time when there is a time stop item you can buy? And using cheat engine you can find and change your money easily. Have enough money to buy something. Do a 4 bytes search of current money value. Buy something. Now write your updated money after buying something and click next scan. There should only be one result(atleast that's how it was for me).

Erm...there is time stop, but it's stop time even with the heroine...and it's clunky ass fuck, i would appreciate more time with molesting her than molesting inanimate object...So any idea how to cheat the train time?

I do have an idea but I don't know how to do it. You could write a bepinex mod for the game like the uncensor mod and make it so timer on the train is longer. But making it longer or disabling it with this method would affect scenes that come after train(if you make her come 3 times there are special scenes outside the train). But I don't know how to write bepinex mods so you are on your own there.
May I ask where to put the save in as I tried and it doesn't get loaded

Well, that's the idea, if you could stop time only for train and then turn it on, when you need...so you can see the scene all the same...

Quick question, but is there anyway to translate her reactions??? It seems weird to me that the whole game UI would be translated but not the girl's speech bubbles... Is this a bug?? or are we going to need to wait for some kind saint to come and manually translate the game???
It seems you just get a body part to the maximum level (20).
At least, that's when it unlocked for me.
The emergency screen was funny, NGL. I was confused for like, 5 seconds when first pressed backspace before realizing what it's for and then laughed like a madman. The devs really know what kind of game they're selling huh, lmao.

Click on item (5) when you're molestering her. And click on item you want to buy.
It required you can take off her underwear before you can use most of items.
Ps. Try not to get purple heart.

Again, while I am aware that there is a time stop item, there are different reactions from the character during flowing time and stopped time, like how there are different reactions during invisible and visible. It's the reason why I wished there was a free mode, so that said content such as that is not missed out upon.
