Without wanting to say that the updates are quick and/or extremely large, there is a bit more to this game than just the animations. If you're only looking for sex scenes, you should avoid stuff like "sandbox", "management", and so on, and maybe go looking for "kinetic novel". Not a guarantee either way, but a correlation. Generally speaking the former also need mechanics to work, which will take its time.

There is a scene in which queen dominating mc's sis (not knowing they are related, but knowing she is important to mc) while sis "servicing" mc. That scene is completely suitable to your mentioned thing. But that scene came out a while ago. Situation is different now. In latest update, mc is having a mentality of "i Don't care. We are all going to die either way". So i honestly don't think it will happen

I believe the plan is that he will potentially take over the kingdom, and will get to choose who is his head wife, while the rest of them will be in the harem.

Dude I actually love sandbox games and I'm not really fan of kinetic novels tbh. I call them one and done games. I prefer games with a lot of replayable content which I can visit time to time while waiting for an update. Nearly all of my favourite games are sandbox games which includes this game as well. I like this game a lot. I like the characters, dialogues and the world. But this game doesn't really have more mechanics when I compare to other sandbox games I've played. Hell it has less mechanics and content even for some games that updates a month or some of them even tiwce a month. I don't want to give other game names here but you can browse it by filter 'sandbox' and 'most liked' in latest updates section. Plus I don't think dev introduced any new mechanics to the game for a long time anyways. So your comment about kinetic novel vs sandbox is not really related to my comment. When I play the new updates it doesn't feel like it's a 2-3 months updates for a game like this. That's my personal opinion anway which I believe I can voice it if you don't mind. You are also free to think that there are a lot of content in each update and update times are normal for this amount of content. That's is your opinion I respect it

Well, you were using "content" and "animations" in a way that made it seem like this is your only measure of content. If you do think otherwise I apologize for my part in the misunderstanding but this forum is full of people whose sole measure of a good game is "faps per second" or similar, no care for story, gameplay, character development, what have you. And what you wrote seemed to fill that mold perfectly. And towards this group my statement still stands, they will be served better by playing kinetic novels than by sandbox games.

To be fair, if I'm looking for a game here, it's for sexual content. That should be the primary factor, and everything else is supplemental to that. When sexual content takes the backseat, then it's not a good find(on here).

Yeah, but that's kind of a double edged sword for me. Would I play any of the games on here if there wasn't something, ehm, "uplifting" and "inspiring" about them? No, I wouldn't - and while it doesn't have to be explicit porn, I prefer if it is.

At the same time: would I go through any of these games for the porn alone? No, there's way better porn out there. There needs to be a somewhat interesting game or a compelling story to go along.

In the end it needs both: porn (in the wider sense) and a reason to watch substandard porn. Only focussing on one of these aspects doesn't do it for me.

I wondered who Anna was, but Annabelle gets a repeatable scene when Tink clears her for the harem. Isobel's blowjob gets added as a repeatable after Dex visits you and you get the threesome with her and this other girl.
