The charlie stuck in conversation bug seems to happen repeatably when I talk to her at 1800 after I've already talked at 1700.

The massage/photography events at 12:00 and 13:00 on Saturday and Sunday with Charlie seem to have vanished.
She is still in her yard at these times but when you approach her there is no option to start these events, have they been removed for some reason?

hmm unsure how to progress with mom. she is struck in repressed mom AT. Everything I do gets her drunker or losses me points. How do I continue to go further with her?

A lot. There's tons & tons of porno renders for the game. The ones with the mother are fantastic.
Unfortunately the game is nearly unplayable; it's extremely difficult to figure out, almost impossible. The explanations of how to play are terrible.
Every update, I have to resort to using a Unity Asset Extractor just to see the CG's. Figuring out Unity asset extractors and basic, basic Unity framework was far easier than learning how to play this game, lol.
I couldn't figure out his other game Superpowered either.
His game design is completely out of the ordinary, and without a proper tutorial, it makes getting into his games almost impossible, unless I treat it like a job which I'm not going to do.

I cant get Diane to Boozer mother I have all the requirements but still is not working
did you notice the Diane's intoxication? (her picture top left corner - it should be 40 not 30)

You are missing one requirement there, Intox is only at 30% you need it to be 40%
How to reach that has been posted already, so maybe scroll back in topics and browse through, or do a Search?
A valid tip is that Diane appears many times from early morning to evening in Kitchen and Livingroom, visit those before anything else and she will drink.You don't have to use an time consuming action, just visit them.
At 18:00 it is crucial to attend dinner with a drink topic in your bar so you can offer her wine with dinner.
