Well, not to be a downer here... but he wrote this in "November" and stated "...end of the month."
How you interpret this as of "end of this month." (December)?!
Well, one can just hope - LOL

That's why I say "tentative" and "probably" together in the same sentence, it's just an assumption since he missed the Nov. deadline then the next deadline is obviously end of the month after.

It already was a weird statement to say "end of the month" given that he said that on day 21, basically one week to the end of the month...
And if he was just one week from completion... WTF happened?

Very little hope for december honestly, if it's not out by the weekend... it's not gonna be out between christmas and the new year, people tend to be away from their work computers during this time of the year or just be busy with family.
