Well, he isn't really a experienced dev, and he's making this for free. No patreon locked content or anything, and any donations he receives go to paying other people to help.
All i said is that he should write some status reports (at least a few sentences how things are going every two weeks) so people know what's going on.
no, there has been an update according to the linked website, version 0.2.2, just hasn't been uploaded here.
Honestly i discovered this game a week ago, i loved it, but i saw it was last updated 7 months ago, i thought the artist died or something, but i just saw in his FA page that he liked something a week ago, a ray of hope i guess? but i dont think we are getting an update anytime soon
It's a project that (if memory serves) Wolfy is working on in their free time. Considering they make a decent amount of money with commissions and whatnot, I'd imagine the game is taking a 2nd seat to making money right now.
That's not the problem. Mine is the lack of communication. Yes, you can't do wonders with perhaps two hours of work for it each day but at least a monthly response how things are? The way this person handles is comes close to "i don't care but leave cash here you infidels" and that's sad and a good reason to ask questions.
The creator posted a picture of the protagonist a week ago saying he'll be coming back to finish the game this autumn.
