that's what i said...but he only got mad...saying stuff about how he was learning to use renpy, honey select and problems irl...MNF came out over 3 years ago and has had massive development time. Lost & Found seems to be brand new. Did he say anything when MNF was release or being worked on for the past 3 years. If MNF was truly stealing his own life story, you'd think he'd have said something before.
Just wait until you're at the beginning of v0.5 where MC cries because his mom wore an outfit(Denim Jacket and skirt) that made him nostalgic because "this is what you used to wear when we were all together, before being forced to leave by dad!"Not even that... trusting Marion from the start? She jumps you and gives you a new Bugatti the next morning before you've even met your mother? Nobody's even making you show of your actual skills before you're boytoy material?
MC recognizing his mother's voice from when he was 5 years old?
I mean I get it, it's a sex game, the whole point is to be fucking everyone eventually, but MC has to do Zero work and has Zero concerns about being taken for a horrible prank of a ride after his fiancé built him up and took him for everything?
Another difference is the lack of virgins.that's what he told me in private on discord, when on Harem Hotel's server i used to joke to the several similarities to MNF
Similarities: family of redhead/gingers (their hair colour is different for each of them, is ginger-ish but not totally ginger...maybe orange-ish XD), the cousin and the aunt are blonds and the cousin is very into sports, the aunt has massive boobs(possibly the biggest in the family), there is a sister who is MC's half-sister from father-side(like Alice from MNF), the arcs of several characters(mostly the sisters and mother) are identical to MNF's characters(for example: the first sister who falls in love with MC, encourages him to have sex with other girls if that's what those girls needs to be happy), there is also the sister who doesn't approve MC's presence(like Lucy) but casually she is also the first sister to fall in love with MC.
I can go on...just imagine 10 updates of Killer7, compressed in 5 shorts releases...
the only TRUE difference? In Lost & Found, the characters have either shiny skins, or they sweat constantly...(Junior/Dev's reason: the story is placed in a tropical area of the world, possibly Australia, because the dev is Australian too)
Wow...That is just sad. I wonder how K7 would honestly feel about all this.that's what he told me in private on discord, when on Harem Hotel's server i used to joke to the several similarities to MNF

Totally removed from my memory...Another difference is the lack of virgins.
Older sister: "It's OK. I've done this before with my other boyfriends."
Not good i presume...i mean: at worst Junior is slandering Killer7 while copying nearly everything of his game(including the stuff that i find boring in MNF... but that's my opinion, and it's subjective XD)Wow...That is just sad. I wonder how K7 would honestly feel about all this.
even though the game was posted against the creator's will? This game will not be removed, neither for so called "piracy" (of a free game featuring a plot and characters that you don't own, and renders using software that you are unlikely to have the redistribution rights to) nor will it be removed under the claims of plagiarization of MNF. We do not enforce originality rules on the site, unless there is a direct 1:1 asset rip off, which isn't transformative or an engine port.
Regarding claims of piracy profiteering; we do not make any money sharing games, whilst Mega has a payout program our accounts are constantly being banned, we are a pirate site, but we are not for-profit.
You are welcome to discuss the game, even the similarities to the source material, however:
Do not stray offtopic. Be civil and constructive. Name calling, witch hunts, or report brigading (using our report system or attempting to organise using third party site's reporting systems) will not be tolerated here.
Did you manage to read this part?even though the game was posted against the creator's will?
neither for so called "piracy" (of a free game featuring a plot and characters that you don't own, and renders using software that you are unlikely to have the redistribution rights to)
i did read it...but it's so formal and vague that i had to ask ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ mostly because it seems to imply the methods used to create the visual novel, rather anything related to the will of the creatorDid you manage to read this part?
I was pointing out the irony of claiming complete ownership over something made up of components that they do not have the rights to and are in fact "pirating". Regardless, we're a piracy site and do not remove content that isn't against our rules. If we only posted stuff that we had permission for, there would be hardly anything here.i did read it...but it's so formal and vague that i had to ask ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ mostly because it seems to imply the methods used to create the visual novel, rather anything related to the will of the creator
Damn it I spoke too soon. This is even more nonsensical than MNF. It has likeable characters, but the plot is what you would get if you asked a kid high on all kinds of drugs to edit the original MNF script. At Beth's DNA scene I lost my shit, pure nonsense. And the MC actually goes to work. As the lord of immersiveness MXR would say, "that's immersive as fuck".
The thing is replaying the exact same game over and over can get boring, at least with this game we'll have a variation on MNF's story, nothing prevent someone of enjoying both. Considering I am a consumer of fanfiction to begin with anyway I really don't see problem, its just basically some fanfiction of My New Family. After looking at the Itch.io, reading the complete overview there and looking at the comments there, this is not only heavy inspired, but a copy paste of MNF "with his own spin" (dev admitted it's "inspired by MNF). We have basically the same family with different names, no girl with cat features though. If I wanted to play something like MNF, I play MNF and not a copy paste. We may be pirates here, but some things should just not be supported.
Oh, and thanks for the facepalms, they count as likes. I'm happy you like my post.
The thing is that it is really ham fisted the way he did it. Anyway, it still is good smut.
my biggest issue when trying to use it are the lack of scenery mods compared to HS 1. But it's a give and take. HS1 has a single school room where HS2 has the whole school. but HS1 has individual walls and pieces to build your own set designs where HS2 doesn't. the modders did more for the models in HS2 than they did for other assets.Well, I haven't used HS1 myself, but I'm pretty sure the biggest advantage is having many more QOL mods and more resources (clothing, studio maps, etc), since it has been around for much longer. These mods aren't immediately compatible with HS2, though much of it has been ported. Some devs have talked about dreading the current HS2 tools in comparison to HS1, not to mention different tastes in style and whatnot.
Yes it it is and there was another but the father was imprisonedIs this like My New Family?
