Took me 20 seconds to find out that the latest Patreon post from Veq was on 14th of March:

So not even 2 months ago. I will never understand why people on a pirate forum demand something like abandoned tags and most likely never gave a dime, but can't even do their homework before posting such stuff...

There hasn't been an update to this since October last year. It needs the abandoned tag because it's not being updated.

I recommend to read your own quotes. Just one example:
Abandoned: The game has been abandoned or the developer hasn't been heard from for at least 3 months.

Let's mislead a playerbase into thinking this will get updated at some point which, by now, anyone with any common sense knows isn't going to happen.

That wasn't the point. The criteria for an abandoned tag are clearly not met as you quoted them yourself. So now have at least the decency to accept that. This is not a flat earth forum where you can just yell totally different things to distract from the fact that you were proven wrong.
And they are still taking someones money. If I am taking money for doing nothing that would make me to feel depressed!

I completely agree with Avaron74 words ; i don't want to judge nobody , but it seems to me that this site is more similar to an hospital that to a Pirate site ...
Now there is a boring discussion about which rule is to put or not to put tag Onhold...With last updates more than 6 month ago and last post on Patreon on 14 of March announcing bad news...
So i'm not here to defend or not this Dev and i really hope that one day this really nice game will continue , but i'm really tired to listen always from Dev same justifications.
Probably right name for this forum it would be better ER95Zone

Well if you can't/don't want to listen to this you can just stop following the game. I sometimes don't understand people who want the next update now. Like the guy told us that he has serious issues and that he stopped working on the game till he resolves them. Now idk if he stopped charging until he is better because rn I can't afford to donate but in the past he didn't charge for the months he didn't work on the game. And that shows you that he is committed to this game and its player base. Yes I want to play the next update and yes I want to play the finished game but I don't want him to hurt himself IRL or something worse just because "WE" want something. In the end of the day health comes first.

I agree with your point on abandoned - the last communication was less than 3 months ago, so no abandoned tag yet.
i wish i could loan out my PC to some of the devs on here so their amazing work would be rendered better. some of these pictures are really noisy.

My point is, no update is coming. No update is being worked on. It's been 7 months since the last one came out and absolutely no sign of any update coming any time soon.
People can try and justify it any way they want but until I see proof of any work being done i'll be classing this as abandoned.
The last post people keep harping on about is more bad news from the "dev" (term used loosely).
were you talking to me? i know that. but i'm talking in general, not just this game. there is potential for a lot of games to look SOOOO much better if they were rendered on proper hardware. the devs put in a lot of good work to make the scenes look great, but unfortunately they are held back due to lack of CPU/GPU horsepower and are forced to release games with lower quality renders.
my computer has an intel 7960X running at 5.0GHz on all cores, an RTX 2080Ti and the fastest SSD money can buy. if this dev, or others, had access to my hardware their games would look so much better....
i would be willing to let devs run my comp for renders over teamviewer or something like that.

Lmao! This is very true. Every thread seems to be filled with people constantly defending the devs no matter what they do.
I have no clue why these guys are so seemingly loyal to people that just make porn games on the internet.

Go ahead and try making one yourself. If it's something you're not willing to take on then please don't try to think that you know how each dev feels/what they have to go through to get content made. I'm normally a defender however that's because I've been lucky or unlucky enough to see how much some devs suffer for their art. It's not easy. But I can assure you I don't defend every dev nor will I ever defend every dev. Please try and empathize with a dev first before you launch into them.
Veq's proven he can do stuff and mental illness isn't something that should be taken lightly.
I get what you're saying but if the mods are going to come in here just to update the tag from "Abandoned" back to "On Hold", does it really help anyone? You'll still see the same "Omg why is it on hold/abandoned" posts and considering the number of threads here, the staff aren't going into every thread just to make sure that a tag is changed that doesn't change the fact it's not being updated.
It's a benefit exercise. I do get your premise though.
